Through our Fractional FD service, Pascal began working closely with Andrew and the Cranatt team to prepare and present monthly management accounts. From the outset, the focus was on getting to know the business properly – understanding how it operates, the pressures it faces and the decisions it needs to make. Pascal now delivers clear monthly reporting, provides forecasting, and meets with the team each month to review performance and challenge Andrew to support stronger, more informed decision‑making.
