Ian is Managing Director at Griffiths Marshall – a natural leader with a strong focus on innovation and growth. He joined as a trainee in 2000, qualified in 2005 and became the firm’s youngest ever partner in 2009. Having spent many years working across all areas of the practice, much of his time is now devoted to business development and shaping the future direction of the firm.
Despite his strategic role, Ian remains hands‑on, often leading our initial consultation calls to ensure all clients’ needs are identified and met from the outset. His passion lies in helping ambitious entrepreneurs move beyond compliance to achieve meaningful growth, driving the expansion of the firm’s business advisory services.
Outside of work, Ian enjoys golf – particularly at corporate and charity events – and is heavily involved in his three children’s busy sporting schedules. He can regularly be found dashing between training sessions, matches and tournaments.
