Equality and Diversity

We are committed to promoting equality and diversity with the aim to create an inclusive environment.

At Griffiths Marshall we are committed to promoting equality and diversity with the aim to create an inclusive environment for our employees, potential employees, clients and potential clients. We seek to ensure everyone is treated equally and no one is treated less favourably on the grounds of age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, marital/civil partnership status, social background, religion or religious beliefs.

We recognise and value the importance of a diverse workforce and employ the person best suited for a role and promote a working environment free from discrimination. Every 2 years we ask our team to complete a survey and the aggregated results are disclosed to the ICAEW. We only publish a snapshot of these results on our website to protect the confidentiality of our team. The survey is not compulsory and therefore the summary below may not be a complete representation of Griffiths Marshall’s diversity.
