Ian Price and Greg Lewis, two of Griffiths Marshall's five directors, have become directors of Paish Tooth. John Tooth, who has been director of Paish Tooth for over 30 years, will remain as a director and will continue to work for the business on a part-time basis. Paul Cox, who has been with Paish Tooth since 2007, will also remain in the business and becomes a director.
Paish Tooth, an independent accountancy firm with a staff of twelve, has been established for almost 40 years. The company provides accounting and specialist tax planning services to businesses and individuals throughout Gloucestershire and beyond.
Griffiths Marshall is a well-established team of Business Advisors and Chartered Accountants with offices in Gloucester and Lydney. The business handles all aspects of assurance, advisory and tax, as well as probate and wealth management services, acting for a wide range of clients from sole traders to multimillion-pound groups.
The purchase is positive news for the clients and staff of Paish Tooth, who will now benefit from the added support and expertise of Griffiths Marshall. Paish Tooth will initially operate as a stand-alone subsidiary of Griffiths Marshall, maintaining its existing branding and its office in Cheltenham. All the existing staff will be retained.
